Refund & Cancellation Policy

CapCue is a digital service. This policy explains how plans and account balance work, how to cancel, and when you may be entitled to a refund. It applies together with our Terms of Service.

Some features require a paid plan. You may also add account balance (a prepaid wallet) that is applied toward eligible charges. Account balance and any referral rewards have no cash value and are usable only within CapCue.

You can stop using CapCue at any time. If you are on a recurring plan, you can cancel from your dashboard before the next renewal; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not, by itself, delete your account — to delete your data, see our Privacy Policy.

Except where required by law or stated here, fees and consumed usage (transcription minutes already used) are non-refundable. Unused, unredeemed wallet top-ups may be refundable at our discretion — contact support and we will review your request.

Statutory rights: if you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a right of withdrawal (for example, the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period), those rights apply. Note that where you ask us to begin providing a digital service immediately and you consume it, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply to the portion consumed, to the extent permitted by law.

If you were charged in error, were double-charged, or experienced a significant service failure, contact us and we will investigate and make it right, including issuing a refund where appropriate.

Email support@capcue.ai from the address on your account, or use the controls in your dashboard. Please include your account email and, if relevant, the order or invoice reference.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
